Welcome Vendors

This year marks our 6th gathering of doxie lovers and will probably be the biggest in attendance yet! We hope you will explore the Weenie Roast Center and make it a point to join us on October 5th!! It all begins with the registration form. Please come join the fun!!

Vendor Registration Form

  • Vendor Fee: $35 Benefiting Dachshund Rescue of Bucks County & NJ [DRBC]

    Raffle Donation: This year, we are asking vendors to help us fundraise by donating a raffle item[s] for the event. Items can be shipped or dropped off at the mailing address listed below. Please contact us if pickup is required and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please arrange to have your raffle item to DRBC by September 15th as we will promote it in our online raffle prior to the big day.

    Demonstrations: We had so much fun with last year’s demos we are opening it up for everyone that would like to participate. Grooming demos, fashion shows, training tips…Tell us what you would like to do and how much time you need. We would love to add you to the day’s events!

    I agree to participate as a vendor in the 6th Annual DRBC Weenie Roast, benefiting Dachshund Rescue of Bucks County & NJ. I understand that as a vendor, I am responsible for providing materials and set up for the event. Please complete the information below.

  • Marketing

    All registered vendors will receive marketing on the DRBC website and on DRBC related social media outlets. Please email any marketing materials including Logo and appropriate email addresses, as well as, a brief description of your organization or company to the DRBC Marketing Team at:events@doxierescue.com. Thank you.

    Setup Rules and Regulations:

    Event Times:This event will open to the public at 10A and will close at 3:30P.

    Space: 10’ x 10’ booth setups will be allowed, but it is the responsibility of each vendor to set up and takedown in the assigned area. Each participant must provide their own tent, table, chairs, tablecloth, and any distribution materials. Banners and signs are allowed within the allocated space.

    Set-Up Times: Setup will take place between 8 and 9:30A., and take-down will be after 4Pand no later than 4:30P.
